Milkdrop Hypnosis is a partnership between Fiona Maule and Sarah Russell, Clinical Hypnotherapists. Both trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and are member’s of the BSCH.
Fiona and Sarah run Weight Loss and De-Stress workshops.
The Weight Loss workshops run as 3 x 1.5 hour sessions over a 3 week period. The workshop programme is easy to follow and each session has a full hypnotic induction specifically aimed at changing past patterns and for clients to take back control of their weight.
Having struggled with my own weight problem and using hypnosis as one of the therapies to overcome it I wanted to come up with a way to help others lose the weight that was burdening them. I felt for me personally my weight was holding me back, my confidence was at an all time low and no matter what I tried nothing seemed to work. That is, until I discovered hypnosis. Whilst studying to become a hypnotherapist and using hypnosis I realised that the first thing that happened was that I was no longer stressed all the time mentally and physically (stress can inhibit weight loss). Hypnotherapy also helped me to regain my lost confidence and gave me motivation towards achieving the goals I had set myself and my overall my mindset changed completely. I still have some weight to lose but these days I know that once my weight is gone it will never return. Hypnosis is not a magic wand but hypnosis can be magical.
Together with my business partner Sarah Russell at Milkdrop Hypnosis and my colleague Mena Aupy who is a Hypnotherapist based in Southern France we decided to write a workshop to enable people from all walks of life to be able to experience hypnotherapy at an affordable price.

Hypnosis can help you to get motivated, set your goals and most importantly reset your mind in order to assist you with your weight loss and end the cycle of lose it gain it.
The workshop is tailored for a group setting and you will learn techniques and useful tools that you can take with you to use after the workshop is finished.

The De-Stress workshops are run as 1.5 hour one off events in various locations and help clients to adjust their perspective, learn techniques to use in their everyday lives and each session has a full hypnotic induction based on alleviating stress.
